1. My Account is banned. Do I need to contact to Turn Poker Support?

Yes! And there are 2 ways you can do it!

2. I think my account was hacked! How can I get my chips back?

Contact Turn Poker Support Team. They will walk you through the process of securing your account and then research your missing chips. Be sure to create strong passwords.

3. I bought chips but it was still not credited to my account. What can I do?

Your chips will be uploaded to your account within 72 hours because of the Facebook security policy. If the problem persists please contact Turn Poker Support Team.

4. I can’t log into my Facebook account to play my games, I think someone hacked my account. How can I get my account back?

Please contact Facebook Security.

5. Playing the team game on the table. What can I do?

You can contact Turn Poker Support Team and they will take quick action.

6. I think a player is cheating. Where can I report him, and what will Turn Poker Support do?

Report the player in-game. Turn Poker Support Team reviews all reports of potential unfair gameplay.

If a player is found to be in violation of Turn Poker Terms of Service, action may be taken against their account.

7. I received a message that promised me millions of free chips. Is it too good to be true?

Yes. Hackers and scammers often entice Turn Poker players with free in-game cash and goods, to trick them into giving up their account password or other details.

Do not click on any links in messages promising free stuff. Report any suspicious messages to Turn Poker Support, and then delete them.

8. My friend showed me a bot plugin that’s supposed to allow me to level up really fast. Are there any downsides to this?

Yes. While they may sound cool, third-party software can harm your computer. It’s a violation of our Turn Poker Terms of Use to use them, and doing so can result in a suspension of your game account. Turn Poker works hard to create a fair and level playing field for all of our players.

9. How can I keep my account secure?

Make sure that you update your computer system regularly, use Security software, use good passwords and never give them out to anyone. And remember, don’t click on suspicious links!

10. Can Turn Poker Support help me to win?

No, that’s not possible. Experiencing losses is frustrating and makes poker less enjoyable. We ensure cards will always be dealt with at random. However, there is never a guarantee that specific whole cards will always win.

11. I see the black screen on my device, what can I do?

The black screen problem can be existing on mobile devices using the old version WEB browser. The black screen problem can be solved by downloading/updating the latest version of Chrome via Google Play.

12. I cannot login, is there any solution?

Our application’s access to old versions has been closed. Now the old Unity version applications and applications lower than the 5.8.1 version cannot be logged in.

Actually, it is not a mistake, it is a force we have made to stabilize our game and ensure that every player can log in through the same client.

The solution is to update the latest version of our application via AppStore/ GooglePlay Store.

13. Which Android version do you support?

Turn Texas Holdem Poker supports the latest 5.0 version on Android devices. Our application does not open on Android devices with lower than 5.0 versions.

14. I cannot download Turn Texas Holdem Poker, can you help you?
